Cancellations

I kindly request that at least 48 hours notice is given when possible if you are unable to keep an appointment. This allows me to make arrangements for another person to have a lesson. If I am notified at very short notice then it is unfair to me and other people. Unless the cancellation is due to genuine illness or other unavoidable circumstances, then I regret that the full fee will have to be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Tests

I reserve the right to withdraw the use of the tuition vehicle if, in my opinion the pupil is not up to the required standard.
